Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

SM Overseas International provides travel-related services including:

  • Visa processing and consultation
  • Flight ticket booking
  • Tour package arrangements
  • Travel consultation services

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Payment must be made in full before services are provided
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional fees may apply for changes or cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges apply as per airline/hotel policies
  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable
  • Service charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents including:

  • Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
  • Required visas for destination countries
  • Health certificates if required
  • Travel insurance (recommended)

Limitation of Liability

SM Overseas International acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Hotel overbooking or service issues
  • Visa rejection by embassies
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Medical emergencies during travel

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
